OMEGA Boston seeks experienced Keyholder/Technician. Luxury watch retail & technical expertise required. Newbury Street boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Open and close the boutique, including alarm, cash handling, and security protocols
  • Manage store operations and ensure compliance with Swatch Group standards and procedures
  • Provide technical expertise and consultation on OMEGA timepieces and their care
  • Deliver personalized client service and product presentations in a luxury retail setting
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
  • Support watch maintenance and minor service inquiries; escalate complex technical issues appropriately
  • Foster a premium shopping experience that reflects OMEGA's heritage and brand values

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or watchmaking/horology
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical watches or horological systems
  • Keyholding or supervisory experience in a retail or similar secure environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value inventory and cash handling
  • Fluent English communication with strong interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required

Experience
