Keyholder position at OMEGA SoHo boutique in New York. Lead luxury timepiece retail operations and team management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily retail operations at the SoHo boutique location, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with brand standards
- Supervise sales associates and boutique staff; recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets through effective visual merchandising, customer engagement, and strategic inventory management
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols to maintain optimal product availability
- Execute brand positioning strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience and build client loyalty
- Monitor cash handling, financial reconciliation, and financial KPIs to ensure profitability
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation aligned with OMEGA brand guidelines
- Build and nurture client relationships, utilizing clienteling practices to drive repeat business and brand advocacy
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention measures
- Report regularly to Area/Regional Management on performance metrics, challenges, and strategic opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Keyholder, Store Manager, or equivalent leadership role in luxury retail
- Demonstrated expertise in retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop staff
- Exceptional sales acumen and proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer service excellence
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
- Knowledge of and passion for luxury timepieces and horology is preferred
- Ability to work flexibly, including retail hours, weekends, and peak seasons

Experience
5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, including at least 2 years in a Keyholder or equivalent store management role, ideally within luxury retail or high-end timepiece/jewelry environments
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
