Omega seeks an experienced Keyholder for its SoHo luxury boutique in New York. Lead retail operations and client experiences in this premier watch retail position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure compliance with Swatch Group and Omega brand standards
- Lead, mentor, and schedule retail staff to deliver exceptional client service
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation of luxury timepieces
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through strategic client engagement
- Handle client relationships, after-sales service, and warranty administration
- Conduct cash handling, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Maintain boutique security, loss prevention protocols, and asset protection
- Train staff on product knowledge, brand heritage, and horological expertise
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or supervisory roles
- Demonstrated expertise in horology or luxury watches preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop retail teams
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury brand standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail management, supervisory, or retail operations roles, preferably in watches, jewelry, or high-end fashion.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education in business, hospitality management, or related field preferred.
