OMEGA Keyholder position in SoHo, New York. Lead luxury timepiece retail operations and manage boutique team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and inventory management at the SoHo boutique
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and customer service targets
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through personalized consultations and brand representation
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and adherence to OMEGA brand standards
- Manage cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and administrative documentation
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations aligned with luxury retail excellence
- Liaise with regional management and support wholesale accounts as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or senior supervisory role
- Demonstrated expertise in watch or high-end jewelry sales
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency with retail systems, inventory management software, and POS terminals
- Fluent in English; multilingual capabilities preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury timepieces, jewelry, or high-end fashion. Prior experience leading boutique-level operations or managing flagship locations is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in business, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred.
