OMEGA seeks an experienced Keyholder to manage its luxury watch boutique in Naples, Florida, leading team operations and driving retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, conducting training and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory, merchandising displays, and visual presentation to reflect brand excellence
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through strategic customer engagement
- Maintain the boutique's appearance, security, and operational integrity
- Build and nurture client relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
- Coordinate with regional management on marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of watch manufacturing, horology, or luxury goods
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop retail teams
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities
- Knowledge of OMEGA brand heritage, values, and product portfolio is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods, watches, jewelry, or a comparable high-end retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.
