OMEGA Luxury Keyholder position at Tyson's Galleria, McLean, Virginia. Lead boutique operations and drive sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading retail operations and manage selling activities across the boutique
  • Supervise and develop team members on the sales floor, demonstrating leadership in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
  • Perform opening and closing boutique procedures and ensure compliance with all policies and protocols
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships by providing memorable experiences that communicate OMEGA's distinctive heritage and technical excellence
  • Build and exceed sales revenue objectives while maintaining operational standards
  • Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the Manager's vision is represented consistently across all team members
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across OMEGA's timepiece collection and communicate distinctive characteristics to clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of luxury retail sales and supervisory or Keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry
  • Exceptional customer service skills and approachable demeanor
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and oral
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to motivate team members
  • Talent for negotiation and persuasive selling
