OMEGA Keyholder position at Tysons Galleria in McLean, VA—luxury watch retail management role with Swatch Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and luxury retail standards
- Manage and supervise retail staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy
- Deliver exceptional client service and cultivate long-term client relationships
- Manage cash handling, sales transactions, and financial reporting
- Ensure security protocols and loss prevention measures are consistently applied
- Coordinate with regional management and Swatch Group headquarters on operational matters
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or similar supervisory role
- Demonstrated excellence in client service and relationship building
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of watchmaking, horology, or luxury goods preferred
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS software
