OMEGA seeks an experienced Keyholder in St. Louis, MO to lead luxury timepiece sales with supervisory expertise and proven retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing boutique procedures while maintaining operational excellence
- Lead and mentor sales team members, demonstrating leadership capabilities in the absence of Store and Assistant Managers
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on OMEGA timepiece heritage, technical specifications, and distinctive characteristics
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable, consultative experiences
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales objectives while maintaining commission-based performance metrics
- Represent management vision and ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and utilize company technology platforms for transactions and client management
- Train team members across various business areas including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales and keyholder or supervisory experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry
- Demonstrated mastery of luxury customer service and elevated selling capabilities
- Proven ability to train and develop other sales professionals
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, SAP, Cegid, and Microsoft Outlook
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules throughout the week
- Local Miami/St. Louis area applicant
Skills
Experience
3 years of luxury retail sales and keyholder or supervisory experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry sector. A proven track record of longevity and career stability with prior luxury employers is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for consultative selling and a robust ability to negotiate and close high-value transactions.
