Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the boutique, assuming full operational responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Deliver outstanding clienteling and sales performance to achieve boutique targets and KPIs.
- Provide authoritative product advice and demonstrations on mechanical and quartz timepieces, complications and servicing.
- Supervise daily store operations including cash handling, point-of-sale transactions and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain brand presentation and visual merchandising to OMEGA’s global standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and coaching of sales team members; provide feedback to management on performance.
- Manage client appointments, after-sales enquiries and liaise with service/repair teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Implement loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, preferably selling watches or jewelry; prior keyholder or supervisory duties preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering clienteling-driven results.
- Strong numerical skills and experience with cash handling and POS reconciliation.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in the United States.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique environments, with demonstrable sales performance and prior responsibility for opening/closing or shift supervision.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail or product-specific training (watchmaking, horology or luxury brand courses) is advantageous.
