OMEGA Luxury Timepieces seeks experienced Keyholder for Houston retail location to manage daily operations and lead sales team with precision and excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and store management in the absence of the Store Manager
- Maintain security and cash handling protocols, including opening and closing store procedures
- Lead and supervise sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with OMEGA brand standards
- Monitor inventory levels and merchandise presentation to ensure visual standards meet luxury brand requirements
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring resolution that reinforces brand loyalty
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and hospitality standards
- Prepare operational reports and communicate performance metrics to management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Demonstrated sales performance and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of watch terminology and luxury timepiece features preferred
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Security clearance or ability to obtain clearance for key and alarm system access

Experience
3+ years of retail management or assistant manager experience, preferably in luxury goods, watches, jewelry, or high-end retail environments
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification or associate degree in business preferred
