Omega seeks an experienced Keyholder for its luxury Boston boutique. Lead team, drive sales, and represent one of the world's most prestigious watchmakers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily boutique operations and ensure adherence to Omega's standards of excellence
- Supervise and mentor retail staff, fostering a culture of sales excellence and customer service
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation of timepieces
- Drive sales performance and achieve boutique revenue targets
- Maintain the highest standards of customer experience and brand representation
- Manage cash handling, administrative procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with Swatch Group headquarters on marketing initiatives and product launches
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods or high-value products
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Demonstrated sales acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of luxury watchmaking and horological products preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or keyholder capacity. Preferred experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or premium watches.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or associate degree in business administration preferred.
