OMEGA seeks a Keyholder at its Bellevue boutique to lead store operations, manage staff, and deliver luxury retail excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations and maintain compliance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Supervise and coach retail associates to deliver personalized service consistent with OMEGA's luxury positioning
  • Monitor cash handling, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention protocols
  • Open and close the store, ensuring security procedures are followed
  • Lead sales initiatives and support team members in achieving performance targets
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and respond to customer inquiries or concerns

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management or assistant management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong knowledge of point-of-sale systems and retail operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and resolve conflicts diplomatically

Experience
