OMEGA seeks a General Manager in Richmond, Victoria, Australia to lead boutique operations, drive sales and manage P&L for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all boutique operations in Richmond — oversee sales performance, customer experience and visual merchandising to ensure alignment with OMEGA brand standards.
  • Own the P&L for the store: deliver sales targets, margin management, inventory control and regular financial reporting.
  • Recruit, develop and coach a high‑performing sales team; set KPIs, conduct performance reviews and implement training programmes focused on product knowledge and clientelling.
  • Develop and execute local retail strategies and marketing initiatives in coordination with regional management to drive footfall and client acquisition.
  • Manage stock flow and loss‑prevention processes, including receiving, merchandising, allocation and reconciliation with corporate supply chain.
  • Represent OMEGA in the local market — cultivate relationships with high‑value clients, corporate partners and authorised retail networks.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail management with demonstrable P&L responsibility.
  • Deep knowledge of watchmaking, jewellery or premium accessories retail is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership and people development skills with experience building motivated teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, numerical fluency and experience producing reliable sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience.
  • Legal right to work in Australia.

Experience
