OMEGA seeks a senior operations leader to oversee operations across its U.S. boutiques and corporate functions, advancing retail performance, inventory controls, client experience, compliance, technology, and expansion projects. The role also leads operational talent development and partners across business functions; a bachelor’s degree and 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years managing multi-unit operations in senior leadership, are required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across all OMEGA boutiques and corporate operations throughout the United States.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth, profitability, and organizational scalability.
- Ensure consistent execution of OMEGA brand standards, luxury service expectations, and operational disciplines.
- Advise executive leadership on operational performance and business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and profitability indicators.
- Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and business insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness, resource allocation, and cost efficiency.
- Implement solutions that improve productivity while preserving the luxury client experience.
- Establish and maintain inventory controls and asset protection standards.
- Lead inventory accuracy initiatives, cycle counts, physical inventories, and shrink-reduction efforts.
- Partner with Retail and Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory availability and stock productivity.
- Ensure compliance with security, loss-prevention, and internal-control procedures.
- Support the operational execution of CRM, clienteling, and omnichannel initiatives.
- Ensure operational readiness for client-facing programs that elevate the customer journey.
- Evaluate customer-experience indicators and implement strategies to improve service delivery and operational support.
- Collaborate with Retail Leadership to integrate physical and digital touchpoints seamlessly.
- Manage operational budgets and capital-expenditure projects.
- Direct operational audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
- 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience.
- At least 5 years in senior leadership managing multi-unit operations.
- Proven success in operational strategy, inventory management, compliance, business transformation, and client-experience initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership, drive organizational change, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and Global Headquarters.
- Strong track record developing teams and leading large-scale projects.
- Experience with retail management systems, reporting tools, and ERP platforms.
