Omega is hiring a Deputy Boutique Manager in Paris. Permanent role supporting boutique operations, sales and team leadership at Omega, Paris.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in driving sales performance and achieving boutique KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
  • Coach, motivate and lead the boutique team to deliver personalised, high‑touch service consistent with Omega brand standards.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive prospecting, clienteling and after‑sales follow up.
  • Ensure boutique visual merchandising, product presentation and stock placement meet corporate guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations: inventory control, stock replenishment, cash handling and POS processes.
  • Coordinate with regional management and after‑sales teams on repairs, warranties and technical escalation for timepieces.
  • Train staff on product knowledge, selling techniques and service protocols; participate in recruitment as required.
  • Monitor boutique performance, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions to optimise sales and service.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop and coach a retail team.
  • Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a luxury context.
  • Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills; aptitude for high‑level clienteling and personalised service.
  • Sound organisational skills including inventory control, cash procedures and boutique operations.
  • Thorough interest in and knowledge of watches or willingness to rapidly develop technical product expertise.

Experience

Secondary education; vocational qualification or diploma in retail, sales, hospitality or watchmaking is advantageous.
