Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Director in all operational and strategic functions of the boutique
- Lead and mentor the retail sales team to achieve performance targets and maintain service excellence
- Oversee client relationship management and luxury clienteling initiatives
- Manage boutique inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, operational procedures, and financial controls
