Omega is hiring a Deputy Boutique Director in Zurich: lead boutique operations and drive sales at Omega Boutique Zurich.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Director in all aspects of boutique operations, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day functioning and adherence to brand standards.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales KPIs and targets.
  • Drive client development through bespoke clienteling, relationship management and after‑sales follow‑up.
  • Oversee stock control, receiving, inventory reconciliation and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards, store presentation and product placement in line with brand directives.
  • Manage staff scheduling, shift coordination and operational rotas to optimise coverage and service levels.
  • Contribute to local commercial planning, sales forecasting and in‑store reporting; support boutique budgeting and P&L responsibilities as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and watchmaking service protocols; liaise with after‑sales and repair teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or specialist watch boutiques, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret sales data, KPIs and local market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished client service orientation appropriate for high‑net‑worth clientele.
  • Fluent German and English; additional French language skills highly desirable.
  • Professional discretion, impeccable presentation and a commitment to brand heritage and watchmaking excellence.

Experience
