Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Director in achieving commercial targets and elevating store performance through daily leadership and tactical execution.
  • Lead, coach and develop the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences, brand-consistent hospitality and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Drive clienteling and CRM initiatives to expand high-value relationships, maximise repeat business and optimise lifetime customer value.
  • Manage boutique operations including inventory control, stock integrity, merchandising standards and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and in-store presentation to ensure adherence to Omega brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling and payroll inputs to ensure appropriate coverage for peak trading periods and special events.
  • Handle escalated client enquiries and complex sales transactions with discretion, professionalism and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, sales forecasts and local market feedback to the Boutique Director and regional management.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury retail, preferably within watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a boutique environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach and aptitude for high-level client relationship management.
  • Familiarity with luxury merchandising standards, inventory control and loss-prevention best practices.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays; ability to support boutique events and private appointments.
  • Right to work in Switzerland or valid Swiss work permit, when applicable.

Experience

Secondary education with professional training in retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent demonstrable experience in luxury retail accepted.
