Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients throughout their after-sales journey
  • Assess service and warranty needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Conduct timepiece diagnostics and prepare estimates for required work
  • Perform quick service and bracelet interventions in line with OMEGA standards
  • Complete ultrasonic cleaning of cases and bracelets
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain accurate client records
  • Support stock management and boutique operations
  • Contribute to the achievement of boutique sales targets through exceptional service
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of OMEGA's heritage, collections and watchmaking expertise
  • Participate in ongoing training and product education to continuously develop technical and product knowledge

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the watch industry, luxury retail or a comparable technical field
