OMEGA Customer Care Advisor in Bienne, Switzerland – deliver premium service for iconic luxury watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with professionalism and expertise
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and guidance regarding OMEGA watches, technical specifications, and services
- Process customer requests, complaints, and warranty claims with accuracy and discretion
- Coordinate after-sales services including repairs, maintenance, and authentication
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction
- Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records in accordance with company systems

Qualifications
