Omega Communication Coordinator
Omega in Biel/Bienne seeks a Communication Coordinator to support PR, content and internal communications for the Swiss luxury watch brand.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of the brand communications strategy across PR, corporate and consumer channels.
- Draft, edit and localize content: press releases, media pitches, feature articles, internal communications and campaign copy.
- Coordinate media relations and press events, liaising with agencies, journalists and production partners.
- Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of communications assets to regional teams.
- Assist with social media content planning and performance monitoring in collaboration with digital teams.
- Maintain brand and visual identity guidelines across all external and internal materials.
- Track media coverage and basic communications KPIs; prepare reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French; German language skills advantageous.
- Strong copywriting and editorial judgment, with meticulous attention to tone and detail.
- Familiarity with media relations and PR workflows in luxury, fashion or watchmaking sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and to meet tight deadlines.
- Professional disposition for representing a luxury brand in external and internal contexts.
Skills
Experience
Approximately 2–4 years of professional experience in communications, public relations or marketing; experience within luxury goods, fashion or watchmaking preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline.
