Omega offers a three-year commercial apprenticeship in Bienne, Switzerland, beginning August 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative and commercial operations within the organization
- Support various departments across Omega's global business functions
- Learn and apply commercial principles and business processes
- Contribute to daily business activities under supervision and mentorship
- Participate in integrated professional maturity program components
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Swiss school-leaving certificate (maturité gymnasiale or equivalent) or commercial professional maturity qualification
- Interest in commerce, business administration, and luxury goods industry
- Willingness to learn and develop professional skills
