  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and clienteling.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of luxury goods and customer service excellence.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in a second language is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing environment is required.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Further education in business or retail management is advantageous.
