OMEGA Client Advisor position in Perth, Western Australia – luxury timepiece sales and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and expert product consultation on OMEGA timepieces and collections
- Drive sales through relationship-building and personalised recommendations aligned with client preferences
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of OMEGA's heritage, craftsmanship, and technical specifications
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems with precision and professionalism
- Contribute to boutique merchandising and visual presentation standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail or luxury sales experience in watchmaking, jewelry, or prestige goods
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury brand standards
Skills
Experience
