OMEGA is hiring a Client Advisor in Perth, Australia to deliver personalised luxury retail experiences at its boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences in the Omega boutique, building long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and active clienteling.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of Omega collections, movements and technical specifications to advise clients accurately.
- Manage client records and follow-up activity using the store CRM; coordinate appointments and after-sales service interactions.
- Ensure boutique visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping meet brand standards and compliance.
- Process sales transactions, returns and repairs accurately using the point-of-sale system and internal procedures.
- Support inventory management including receiving, tagging and stock reconciliations and participate in stocktakes.
- Participate in product and brand training, team meetings and local store initiatives to drive performance.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail sales experience, preferably within watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused demeanour.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Right to work in Australia and ability to commute to the Perth boutique.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of frontline experience in luxury retail, watches or jewellery with a proven history of sales performance and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, business or hospitality is advantageous.
