Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service consistent with OMEGA brand standards to drive sales and long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of OMEGA timepieces, movements and brand history to advise clients and support purchasing decisions.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, client records and after-sales enquiries using boutique systems and CRM processes.
- Ensure boutique presentation and visual merchandising reflect OMEGA standards, including stock replenishment and window displays.
- Coordinate with the boutique team on client appointments, events and special requests, representing the brand at in-store initiatives.
- Perform inventory control tasks, including receiving, tagging and secure handling of high-value merchandise.
- Adhere to company policies on security, compliance, loss prevention and confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally within luxury watches, jewellery or high-end fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-value client relationships and deliver consultative selling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presentation.
- Right to work in Australia and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
- High standard of numeracy and experience operating POS/EPos systems; familiarity with CRM is advantageous.
