Role & Responsibilities
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients to cultivate loyalty and repeat business while delivering world-class service
- Contribute to boutique sales targets through exceptional service and in-depth product expertise
- Support growth and maintenance of the client and VIP database, ensuring personalized follow-up and engagement
- Develop comprehensive understanding of OMEGA's heritage, collections, innovations, and watchmaking expertise
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation standards reflecting the luxury positioning of the brand
- Assist with visual merchandising, stock presentation, and boutique operations including stock counts and inventory management
- Organize and maintain boutique resources including product packaging, warranties, instruction manuals, and merchandising materials
- Participate in ongoing training programs and product education to continuously enhance knowledge and performance
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, luxury fashion, jewelry, watches, or a client-focused premium environment
- Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an eye for presentation
- Initiative, energy, and enthusiasm with flexibility to work retail trading hours including weekends and peak periods
- Experience, knowledge, or passion for luxury watches highly regarded
