OMEGA seeks a Client Advisor in Melbourne (Collins St) to deliver luxury client service and drive sales at the Collins Street boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to clients in the Collins Street boutique, cultivating long-term relationships and maximising client retention.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, active clienteling and appropriate product recommendations.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of OMEGA collections, movements and complications; present product features and craftsmanship with authority.
- Manage transactional duties including POS operation, cash handling and accurate record-keeping for sales and returns.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards to maintain brand aesthetics and product accessibility.
- Coordinate follow-up and after-sales service queries, liaising with after-sales/repair teams and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Contribute to store initiatives and local marketing events, including VIP appointments, trunk shows and product launches.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver luxury-level client service and an impeccable professional demeanour.
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably within watches, jewellery or high-end fashion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach and demonstrable clienteling ability.
- Right to work in Australia and availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Ideally 1–3 years of retail sales experience in a premium or luxury environment; prior exposure to watches or jewellery strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in retail, commerce or hospitality is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
