OMEGA is hiring a Client Advisor in Brisbane — deliver luxury retail service at the OMEGA boutique in Brisbane.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to clients in a luxury boutique environment, cultivating long‑term relationships and client loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through active selling, product demonstrations and tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain in‑depth product and brand knowledge across OMEGA collections to advise clients on technical features, materials and provenance.
  • Manage client records and follow up on leads using the boutique’s clienteling process; coordinate appointments and after‑sales care.
  • Support boutique merchandising, stock management, visual standards and daily operational tasks including POS transactions and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with brand procedures, loss prevention protocols and local regulatory requirements; participate in store events and launches.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury goods, watches or premium accessories.
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver high‑touch customer service and to build rapport with discerning clientele.
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy for handling transactions and managing stock.
  • Right to work in Australia and flexible availability to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Professional presentation and interpersonal skills appropriate to a high‑end boutique setting.

Experience

Preferably 2+ years of retail or luxury sales experience, with prior exposure to watches or jewellery considered a strong advantage. Experience in achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios is expected.

Education

Secondary school completion (or equivalent). Tertiary qualification or formal retail/luxury sales training is advantageous but not required.
