OMEGA is hiring a Client Advisor in Brisbane, Australia — deliver luxury watch sales and client service for the OMEGA boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service on the boutique floor to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product demonstration.
- Explain technical watch features, movements and after-sales care with accuracy and confidence.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, client records and follow-up in the CRM system to maintain a robust clienteling pipeline.
- Maintain boutique standards for product presentation, merchandising and stock integrity.
- Coordinate with after-sales and repairs teams to support warranty and service workflows.
- Participate in product and brand training, in-store events and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or premium watch/jewellery sales, ideally within a boutique environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Strong numeracy and transactional accuracy; comfortable using POS and CRM systems.
- Professional presentation and the ability to uphold luxury retail standards.
- Availability to work a flexible roster including weekends, evenings and retail events.
- Right to work in Australia.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrable track record in luxury retail sales, preferably with experience selling watches or jewellery. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage high-value client relationships; typically 2+ years in a comparable role is preferred.
Education
Secondary school completion required; tertiary study in sales, marketing, horology or a related field is advantageous.
