Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and presentation.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the brand's prestigious image.

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.

Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
