Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations to ensure flawless customer service, adherence to brand standards and a premium in-store experience.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve boutique revenue, conversion and average transaction value targets through coaching and active selling.
  • Recruit, train and develop a high-performing retail team; conduct regular coaching, performance reviews and rotas to maximise coverage and productivity.
  • Manage stock control, inventory reconciliations, receiving and transfers while ensuring compliance with loss-prevention protocols.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and CRM activities including clienteling, appointment management and after-sales follow-up.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales, operational and HR reports; analyse KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve results.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies and Swatch Group security procedures, including watch servicing and warranty processes.
  • Coordinate with regional management, marketing and after-sales teams on product launches, events and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership capability with experience recruiting, coaching and developing retail teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills and a commitment to delivering luxury-level service and discretion.
  • Knowledge of luxury watches, horology or fine jewellery is highly desirable.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience
