Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Hong Kong boutique, ensuring exceptional guest experience and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales performance and store KPIs through coaching, goal-setting and hands-on selling alongside the team.
- Manage hiring, training, performance reviews and career development for boutique staff to sustain a high-performing retail team.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and floor presentation to optimize sell-through.
- Own boutique financial performance: monitor budgets, margins and P&L drivers; implement corrective actions as required.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and clienteling programmes, working closely with CRM and after-sales teams.
- Coordinate with after-sales/watch servicing, supply-chain and regional retail leadership to resolve product, warranty and logistics issues.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail management, preferably within watches, jewelry or premium accessories.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with experience recruiting, developing and motivating teams.
- Commercial acumen including experience with inventory management, merchandising and basic P&L oversight.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years in luxury retail with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a boutique, flagship or comparable environment; direct experience with premium watch or jewelry brands preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; qualifications in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field are advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
