Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide clear leadership to the boutique team, communicate objectives and brand standards, and assign tasks with ongoing monitoring and communication
  • Coach and develop team members through regular meetings, on-the-job training, performance appraisals, and consistent feedback to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Oversee staff appearance and conduct to ensure compliance with company policies and boutique standards
  • Exceed boutique sales targets in accordance with Omega's retail strategy while maintaining full compliance
  • Attract and convert target prospects into boutique clients and design tailored acquisition programs
  • Foster lasting client relationships and cultivate loyalty through exceptional service delivery
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop clienteling strategies using the CRM system; manage client information and oversee Sales Consultant activities
  • Ensure the boutique is well-maintained with appealing displays and adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Comply with Group and Brand procedures outlined in the Retail Manual and propose effective solutions to operational challenges
  • Safeguard the security and proper maintenance of timepiece stock
  • Manage and prepare monthly duty rosters and monitor staff attendance
  • Oversee and verify overtime submissions with accurate justification and timely payroll processing
  • Coordinate regular and ad-hoc stock takes and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation
  • Consolidate and submit sales and operational reports, tracking key performance metrics and highlighting variances
  • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, leave, and operational documents including petty cash and maintenance logs
  • Ensure timely reporting and effective communication of policy changes to the boutique team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail
  • At least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong understanding of luxury consumer mindset and ultra-high-net-worth customer behaviour
  • Passion for luxury watches, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
  • Bilingual proficiency in French-English or Dutch-English
