Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators with monthly reporting to senior management
- Lead, motivate, and professionally develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and performance management
- Cultivate and expand a diverse local and international customer base through strategic networking and relationship building
- Organize and execute bespoke customer events and experiences to enhance brand loyalty
- Develop, plan, and oversee the boutique's marketing budget and direct marketing initiatives
- Provide expert consultation to customers on the luxury watches and jewelry collection
- Proactively engage with customers to create a memorable and personalized shopping experience
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain professional product presentations in accordance with brand guidelines
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Omega's values and heritage within the community
- Optimize inventory management, stock disposition, and warehouse organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail, high-end specialized retail, or hospitality management
- Proven experience in team leadership and personnel management
- Marketing experience with personal budget responsibility strongly preferred
- Demonstrated passion for horology and the luxury watches and jewelry sector
- Excellent general knowledge and refined interpersonal skills
- Foundational understanding of watchmaking and horological principles
- Strong commitment to service excellence and customer-centric operations
- Proficiency in German and English; additional language skills valued
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail, high-end specialized retail, or hospitality management. Team leadership experience is mandatory. Marketing experience with independent budget responsibility is advantageous.
Education
General secondary education; foundational knowledge of horological principles and watchmaking is essential.
