Omega Bangkok seeks an experienced Boutique Manager to lead retail operations, sales performance, and team management in our premium luxury watchmaker boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales budgets and optimize revenue generation
- Maintain boutique operations under a clean and luxurious atmosphere
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure premium store standards
- Prepare and submit sales reports, stock reports, expense reimbursements, and financial documentation to headquarters
- Operate POS systems efficiently and reconcile daily sales transactions with turnover records
- Monitor and review stock levels in consideration of customer needs and market trends, advising on inventory adjustments to enhance sales
- Conduct daily audits of stock management including merchandise receipt, transfers, and sales
- Ensure secure storage of watches and fine jewelry in vaults after store closure
- Manage customer reservations and maintain waiting lists for unavailable products
- Motivate and encourage sales staff to deliver premium-quality service
- Ensure Customer Service Officers maintain high service standards consistently
- Lead the team with discipline and integrity
- Collaborate with Retail Manager to develop internal training and coaching programs covering selling skills, product knowledge, customer service, marketing, and competitive activities
- Ensure Sales Associates maintain grooming standards and deliver excellence in customer interactions
- Provide Retail Manager with regular reviews and updates on store and staff management matters
- Handle customer complaints effectively and resolve issues professionally
- Develop loyalty programs to cultivate regular customers and VIPs
- Support Retail Manager in brainstorming and implementing in-store promotions and CRM initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- At least 5 years of working experience in luxury product sales
- At least 2 years of experience as an assistant boutique manager (preferred)
- Strong team player with pleasant demeanor and service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer operation skills

At least 5 years of working experience in selling luxury products; preferably 2 or more years in an assistant boutique manager capacity within the luxury retail sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
