Omega Bangkok Boutique Manager position – lead luxury retail operations at an iconic watch brand flagship store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee boutique operations, ensuring adherence to Swatch Group brand standards and Omega house standards
- Manage sales team recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through strategic client engagement and merchandising
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock controls, reordering, and product allocation
- Cultivate client loyalty and enhance the boutique experience through personalized service delivery
- Monitor compliance with company policies, visual merchandising guidelines, and security protocols
- Report on boutique performance metrics and market insights to regional management
Qualifications
- Proven retail management expertise in luxury goods
- Strong sales acumen and client relationship management capabilities
- Experience in team recruitment, training, and performance management
- Knowledge of watch brands, craftsmanship, and horology a distinct advantage
- Fluency in English and Thai required
