Omega Bangkok Boutique Manager position – lead luxury retail operations at an iconic watch brand flagship store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee boutique operations, ensuring adherence to Swatch Group brand standards and Omega house standards
  • Manage sales team recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation
  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through strategic client engagement and merchandising
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock controls, reordering, and product allocation
  • Cultivate client loyalty and enhance the boutique experience through personalized service delivery
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, visual merchandising guidelines, and security protocols
  • Report on boutique performance metrics and market insights to regional management

Qualifications
