Omega Boutique Manager — Swatch Group Trading (Thailand) seeks an experienced luxury retail manager in Bangkok to lead boutique operations and client relations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all boutique operations to achieve sales targets, margin and KPI objectives while upholding Omegas brand standards.
  • Recruit, coach and develop boutique personnel; establish performance expectations and conduct regular appraisals and training.
  • Own the client experience: drive clienteling activities, cultivate VIP relationships and ensure exemplary after-sales service coordination with technical service centers.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment and merchandising to optimize availability and visual presentation aligned with global directives.
  • Oversee daily financial controls including cash handling, store-level P&L awareness, expense management and shrinkage prevention.
  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, boutique events and product launches in coordination with regional marketing and wholesale teams.
  • Ensure strict compliance with brand policies, local regulations and Swatch Group operational procedures, including loss-prevention and data-protection requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting and market feedback to regional management to inform commercial decisions and assortment planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail management, preferably within watches or high-end jewelry.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and develop a sales team to consistently meet commercial targets and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in inventory control, merchandising and boutique-level financial oversight.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to cultivate long-term client relationships and VIP service standards.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail appropriate to a premium luxury environment.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred; professional retail certifications are an asset.
