Omega seeks a Boutique Director in Bern, Switzerland to lead boutique operations, teams and client experience at the OMEGA Boutique Bern.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all boutique operations to achieve sales, service and profitability targets while embodying the brand’s image and values.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting and local execution of commercial plans in coordination with regional management.
- Recruit, develop and motivate a high-performing sales and service team through coaching, appraisals and targeted training programmes.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by driving clienteling strategies, VIP relationship management and after-sales follow-up.
- Oversee visual merchandising and boutique presentation to ensure compliance with brand directives and local market relevance.
- Control inventory, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures; liaise with supply chain and wholesale teams as required.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for regional leadership; implement corrective actions to address gaps.
- Ensure boutique-level compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements and luxury retail standards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leadership in luxury retail, with experience running a boutique or high-end store.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with responsibility for P&L, sales planning and KPI management.
- Strong people management skills, including recruitment, coaching and performance development.
- Excellent client relationship and service orientation, with experience in high-ticket selling and VIP management.
- Fluent interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the brand to a sophisticated, international clientele.

Typically 5+ years in luxury retail with a minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory or store-director role responsible for commercial outcomes and team leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in retail, business, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
