Omega seeks a Boutique Director in Bern, Switzerland to lead the OMEGA Boutique Bern and drive luxury retail performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations of the OMEGA boutique in Bern, ensuring exemplary client service and brand standards are consistently delivered.
- Drive boutique sales performance to achieve and exceed revenue, conversion and KPI targets through strategic planning and coaching.
- Recruit, develop and mentor boutique staff; establish clear performance objectives, deliver training and manage scheduling and succession.
- Oversee visual merchandising, store presentation and events to maintain a premium in‑store experience aligned with global directives.
- Manage inventory, stock control and merchandising allocations in collaboration with regional buying and logistics teams.
- Own local financial performance including P&L awareness, expense control and monthly reporting to the area/retail manager.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, after‑sales service standards, warranty procedures and local regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain high‑value client relationships and clienteling programs to grow customer lifetime value and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership record in luxury retail; prior store management experience for a premium or watch brand is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience managing sales targets, KPIs and basic P&L responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a small, high‑performing team.
- Strong organizational competence in inventory management, visual merchandising and retail operations.
- Fluent communication skills appropriate for the market (local language and English advantageous).

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with at least three years in a supervisory or store management role; prior exposure to premium watch or jewelry retail preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline.
