OMEGA seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its luxury timepiece boutique in St. Louis, Missouri. Lead operations and sales in a prestigious retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in all operational and strategic aspects of the boutique
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management
  • Supervise and mentor sales and customer service staff to ensure adherence to luxury retail standards
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and achievement of targets; implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure visual merchandising, product displays, and store environment reflect OMEGA's brand standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, security protocols, and loss prevention measures
  • Coordinate with head office and regional management on inventory replenishment and stock optimization
  • Participate in staff training programs and contribute to team development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or watches
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in retail management systems and POS software
