Omega seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Scottsdale, AZ to support boutique sales, clienteling and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, KPIs and boutique profitability through active selling and team leadership.
- Coach, develop and schedule sales associates; drive a high‑performance retail culture and ensure consistent brand behaviour across customer interactions.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling for VIP and prospective clients, including follow‑up, bespoke service and after‑sales coordination.
- Oversee boutique operations: inventory management, stock reconciliation, loss prevention, opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Ensure visual merchandising and presentation adhere to OMEGA guidelines and participate in local marketing and promotional events.
- Manage administrative tasks including sales reporting, staff performance reviews and liaising with regional management for product allocations.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail experience, preferably within watches, fine jewelry or high‑end accessories.
- Demonstrable supervisory experience with a track record of coaching and developing sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric approach to cultivate long‑term client relationships.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and for special events.

Experience
Typically 3+ years in luxury retail with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role; direct experience with high‑value timepieces or fine jewelry is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education (business, retail management or related) preferred.
