Omega (Swatch Group) seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Paris for a permanent role overseeing boutique operations, sales and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the boutique manager in running daily store operations to ensure impeccable presentation, service and commercial performance.
  • Lead, coach and schedule boutique team members to deliver consistent luxury client experiences and meet individual and store sales targets.
  • Drive clienteling activities and cultivate long-term relationships with VIP and prospective clients through personalised service and follow-up.
  • Manage stock and inventory processes, including receiving shipments, stock reconciliation, cycle counts and loss-prevention controls.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation reflects brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Execute local marketing and in-store events in coordination with regional teams to maximise store traffic and conversion.
  • Prepare regular sales and operational reports, monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures and legal/regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability in a retail environment with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset appropriate for luxury retail.
  • Rigorous attention to operational detail including inventory control, visual standards and cash procedures.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and occasional events.

Experience

Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
