Omega Assistant Store Manager position in Miami Design District with The Swatch Group. Support daily luxury retail operations and team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations and staff management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and luxury retail experience delivery
- Manage inventory control, merchandising displays, and visual presentation
- Coordinate team scheduling and training initiatives
- Drive sales performance and achievement of retail targets
- Maintain store security, cleanliness, and compliance with Omega and Swatch Group standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end timepiece sales

Experience
