Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations and staff management
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards and luxury retail experience delivery
  • Manage inventory control, merchandising displays, and visual presentation
  • Coordinate team scheduling and training initiatives
  • Drive sales performance and achievement of retail targets
