Role & Responsibilities
- Lead retail operations and daily boutique activities according to company standards, including inventory maximization, cash control, and loss prevention techniques
- Delegate tasks to and supervise sales team members, fostering a collaborative environment and leading by example
- Develop and implement sales incentives and reward programs to drive team performance
- Deliver sales results aligned with company targets while maintaining operational excellence
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience through refined service delivery and in-depth brand knowledge
- Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and loss prevention protocols to protect company assets
- Uphold company initiatives, confidentiality standards, and professional conduct while promoting the OMEGA brand reputation
- Prioritize, plan, and adapt to business needs while maintaining positive communication and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in luxury retail
- Proven track record of longevity and success with prior luxury employers
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management and financial controls
- Excellent customer service and clienteling skills
- Superior spoken and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, SAP, Cegid, and Microsoft Outlook
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record of longevity and success with established luxury brands. Strong background in driving sales performance, managing retail staff, and maintaining operational excellence is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business management or hospitality is advantageous.
