OMEGA seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Bellagio boutique in Las Vegas — lead a luxury watch retail team and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the Bellagio boutique, ensuring exceptional luxury client experiences and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, coach and develop boutique sales advisors to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs; conduct regular performance reviews and training.
- Drive clienteling initiatives, manage VIP relationships and oversee after-sales service referrals to preserve long-term customer loyalty.
- Oversee operational tasks including store opening/closing, cash handling, reconciliation, stock control, visual merchandising and loss-prevention protocols.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales and inventory reports, assist with planning staff rotas, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with regional management on promotional activities, in-store events and product launches to maximise boutique performance.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches, jewelry or high-end fashion.
- Demonstrated sales leadership with a track record of meeting or exceeding boutique KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and polished client-facing presence appropriate for high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in stock management and cash procedures.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays; legal right to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically 3+ years in luxury retail sales with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role; direct experience with high-value watches or jewellery strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, retail management or related field preferred.
