Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily luxury boutique operations in accordance with OMEGA and Swatch Group standards
- Lead and supervise sales team performance, delegating tasks and developing incentive programs to maximize results
- Drive sales performance to meet company targets whilst maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Manage inventory control, cash handling, and implement loss prevention techniques
- Ensure consistency and quality of the store experience for all customers through effective brand representation and communication
- Prioritize, plan, and adapt operational procedures to meet evolving business needs
- Lead by example, upholding company initiatives, confidentiality protocols, and professional conduct
- Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in luxury retail or adjacent sector

- Advanced proficiency with point-of-sale systems, SAP, Cegid, Microsoft Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Outlook
- Expert-level knowledge of inventory management systems and protocols
