OMEGA After-Sales Advisor position in Brisbane. Provide expert warranty and servicing support to luxury watch clientele.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert after-sales consultation and technical advice to OMEGA clientele regarding warranty, servicing, and maintenance
  • Manage warranty claims and service requests with precision and attention to detail
  • Coordinate watch servicing schedules and liaise with authorized service centers
  • Document client interactions and service histories in the CRM system
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of luxury watches and OMEGA's product portfolio
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage customer relationships with tact and professionalism
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and service management software
