Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments: verify quantities, references and product quality; report discrepancies or damages; store items following established location protocols.
- Pick and assemble customer and inter‑store orders from the warehouse using order documentation and product references while ensuring accuracy of SKUs and quantities.
- Operate appropriate material‑handling equipment (manual and electric pallet trucks; forklift where certified) to move stock safely and efficiently.
- Pack and label parcels securely for shipment, apply required shipping documentation and assist with vehicle loading for dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and participate in periodic and annual inventories; adhere strictly to internal safety procedures and site rules.
Qualifications
- Valid CACES certifications: CACES 1, CACES 3 and CACES 5 (or equivalent authorisations) as required for machine operation.
- Minimum three years' professional experience in warehouse picking and logistics operations.
- Proven proficiency in order‑picking techniques and experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Solid knowledge of workplace safety rules and safe handling procedures.
- Reliable, organised and detail oriented with strong teamwork skills and capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Minimum three years' experience in warehouse picking, stock handling or logistics roles, preferably within fashion, cosmetics or luxury retail environments.
Education
No formal higher‑education degree required; vocational training or certification in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations (CAP/BEP/Bac pro logistics or equivalent) is preferred.
