Role & Responsibilities
- Update the monthly Distribution Requirements Plan (DRP) from the central warehouse to maintain optimal stock allocation across markets.
- Act as primary interface with local supply planners (notably Japan and Hong Kong) to coordinate replenishment and allocations.
- Manage and execute validated allocation strategies for product launches, constrained SKUs and items at risk of stock‑out.
- Monitor product life cycles and manage SKU transitions (article switches) to ensure seamless assortment changes.
- Identify, quantify and communicate short‑term stock‑out risks to cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales Forecasting, Procurement, ADV, markets).
- Track inventory levels in the central warehouse and at subcontractors, and support actions to optimize availability while minimising excess and rupture.
Qualifications
- Final‑year student in an engineering school or Master's programme with a specialisation in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (indispensable for analysis and reporting).
- Fluent English for regular international exchanges; professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical rigour, attention to detail and structured approach to problem solving.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with international and cross‑functional teams.

Entry‑level; suitable for final‑year students or recent graduates with academic training in supply chain or logistics. Prior internships in planning, logistics or inventory management are beneficial but not required.
Education
Final‑year student in engineering school or Master’s degree with a specialisation in Supply Chain, Logistics or an equivalent field.
